CANCELLATIONS
Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take pride in ensuring that your items arrive safely to your home, but we understand that sometimes damages do occur during transit. If you have received an item that is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact info@treasureinthedetail.com with your issue and we’ll help get it resolved.
RETURNS
Note: All Furniture, Lighting, and Custom pieces are Final Sale and not eligible for Return.
Homes to Treasure Shop will accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt of product, we will fully inspect item to ensure quality control and refund eligibility. All items must be returned in new, resalable condition including original packaging.
Please email info@treasureinthedetail.com or come into our local Shop within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase to initiate the return process. Items must be returned back to our warehouse within 30 days to be eligible for refund. Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Note: If the item was purchased during a free shipping promotion, refund will be calculated less the shipping fee associated with the order.
For eligible return items being shipped backed to us, we will not be held liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Returns that are damaged when we receive them or are not received within the listed time frame above will not be eligible for a refund.
Homes to Treasure Shop does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on items placed on gift cards, gift baskets, or any product that has been customized/personalized.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your item is approved for return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days. Please note: Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
SALE/CLOSEOUT ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and closeout items cannot be refunded.
FURNITURE, LIGHTING, RUGS, ART, CUSTOM
Items such as furniture, lighting, and rugs are FINAL sale and non-returnable. Art and mirrors are FINAL sale and non-returnable. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW
If placing an order during the Holidays (November 20th through December 24th), products which qualify for a return may be returned before January 15th of the following year.
