SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to have all in-stock item orders processed and shipped out within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, transit times will vary depending on product and location. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped.
All shipping, delivery and processing fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
Non-Domestic Shipping
All of our items ship from within the United States and prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
At this time we are unable to ship outside the Continental U.S.A.
STORE PICK-UP POLICY
All store-pick up orders must be picked up from our Studio + Shop location within 7 days of purchase. A shop representative will be in contact with you to provide pick up option dates and times once your order is processed.
For custom, furniture, lighting, art work, and rug orders, one of our store representatives will contact you when your item is ready for pick up. All orders must be picked up from our location within 7 days of purchase.
